A mindset is the way you think about yourself and your abilities.
It’s like the voice in your head that tells you what you can or can’t do.
There are two types of mindset:
Fixed mindset – you believe “I’m just not good at this” and give up easily.
Growth mindset – you believe “I can get better if I practice” and keep trying.

If you fail a test:
Fixed mindset says: “I’m stupid.”
Growth mindset says: “I need to study more and I’ll improve.”
