Each child needs to be signed up in Swimmingly prior to time trails on Wednesday, May 27th. 

New Parents,

This is where you will:

• Meet Declarations - opt in (or opt out) your swimmer for a swim meet. No need to tell the coach or email us. It is all in the app! 

• Decide on up to 3 of the 5 events for each swim meet

• Keep track of all your swimmer’s times throughout the season and their career! It is important to use the same account each season your swimmer swims with us or in the Wilmington Swim League. 

Swimmingly Fan

This is an optional app

This is where you will:

• Keep track of the swim meet in live time (mostly live time, sometimes the tech lags)

• This helps your swimmer not miss their event! 

• View times and results of swim events

• Keep track of the team score. Go Barracudas! 

Swimmingly Timer

1. This app is used by volunteer timers and Stroke and Turn officials during the season. 

2. At the beginning of your volunteer shift you will pull up the app and scan into the meet at the timer/starter table. 

3. You will enter the swimmer number during each heat. 

4. The timer has a time start and stop function

5. Easy to use! Sometimes it does glitch and will send you back to the start table to re-scan into the swim meet.
