JTF Pack及びJTF Packの収録物(以下JTPとします)を使用するユーザー(以下利用者とします)の権利は、以下に定めるライセンス条項に従うものとします。

JTPをダウンロードすると、以下のライセンス条項に拘束され、内容に同意したものと見なされます。

JTF Pack及びJTF Packの収録物(以下「JTP」とする)は、JTF109(以下「著作者」とする)によって、以下の条件の下提供される。

1. ユーザー(以下利用者とします)は上記の著作権表記及び当ライセンスを、JTPの全ての複製もしくは重要な部分に提示し、変更があればその旨を提示する義務を有する。

2. 利用者による営利目的の使用は、これを認めない。

3-1. 利用者がJTPを現状のまま頒布することは、これを認めない。

3-2. 利用者がJTPを元に新しい作品(以後「成果物」とする)を制作した場合、利用者は成果物を著作者の許諾なく頒布してはならない。

3-3. 利用者がJTFに対して成果物を頒布する許諾を求める場合は、当サイトのお問い合わせフォームから許諾申請を行うこととする。

4. 著作者は、JTPに起因または関連して発生する請求、損害、義務について、一切の責任を負わないものとする。

2. You must not use JTP for commercial purposes.

3-1. You must not distribute the JTP "AS IS".

3-2. If you make a new product (the "Product") based on the JTP, you must not distribute the Product without the Author's permission.

3-3. If you request permission to distribute the Product to the Author, you must submit permission application from the contact form on this site.

4. The Author shall not be liable for any claims, damages or other liablity, arising from or related to the JTP.
