The FitNastics program takes you through a series of workouts done by our elite athletes to improve their strength and flexibility. It incorporates various body weight exercises that work on cardio and all your major muscle groups as well as all the muscles you never knew you had. This challenging but fun way to stay fit is for the fitness guru or get in shape for the non-athlete, while trying something new or returning to a childhood passion and hopefully leaving with new skills and friends.
