The Advanced recreational program, gives gymnasts the opportunity to train at a higher skill level, incorporate routines and build their gymnastics foundation in a positive atmosphere. There is an emphasis on perfecting previously learned skills and conditioning. It is recommended that participants have at least 2 years experience in gymnastics programming prior to registration in this program.
