[MSc Thesis] I am recruiting several Master of Science (MSc) students registered in the MSc (Information Technology) Program (理學碩士-資訊科技) for their thesis research. Successful candidates may work in one of the following topics:
6G wireless communications (multiple topics);
Integrated sensing, computing, and communication;
Task-oriented and semantic communications;
Low-Earth Orbit (LEO) satellite networks;
Distributed, cooperative, and federated learning;
Compute- and energy-efficient edge AI;
WiFi signal-based localization and sensing (algorithm/prototype/application developments);
Large language model for communications;
Other topics subject to mutual agreement.
The duration for thesis research and writing should not be less than six months. However, the admitted candidates are strongly recommended to start background study and literature review early, preferably after their first semester study in the university. Weekly or bi-weekly individual meetings may be arranged. Students with keen interest in pursing a PhD degree are particularly welcome.
Interested applicants may send your curriculum vitae (CV) and UG/PG transcript(s) to email: yymao@must.edu.mo for further discussion on the research topics and schedules.
