So You Think You Can Conquer Mandarin!: A ppt-based game that helps young heritage Chinese learners to review Chinese phonics, reading, etc.

Little Bunny's Choices: A Mandarin story video made with Go!Animate to provide contexts for young heritage Chinese learners to comprehend the importance of saying good words, in the hope of encouraging them to put the humanistic education they receive into daily life practice. This learning tool, together with its supporting curriculum, won the excellent award in the competition of Creative Model for Teaching Mandarin, held by Overseas Compatriot Affairs Commission, R.O.C.(Taiwan) (2011).

Lesson on Chinese Words of Measurement: A Flash-based learning material that I integrate different types of visual affordances to construct relevant contexts for learning Chinese words of measurement. It's learner-paced and has re-usability; learners can not only learn the definition and character of the units but also the pronunciations with the hanyu pinyin.

Supplementary Material of Children's Chinese Reader: with Flash I employ interactivity, re-usability, and both visual and audio affordances to provide basic understanding of Chinese Morphology

Quiz of Chinese Words of Measurement: A Flash-based interactive game that I provide user-paced learning, interactivity, re-usability, and feedback for Mandarin learners to review the Chinese measurement words they have learnt.

Writing Mandarin Characters with Eyes, Ears, and Hands: with Jing & eStroke I made this video for learners to learn the word order and how each stroke shold be written.

Using Skype to Connect the World with More Ease and Affordability: A flash-based interactive simulation that instructs and facilitates learners who are middle-aged even seniors to learn to use Skype to connect with their beloved ones who are abroad on either study or business.
