The system aims at improving the state of its estimated over 1,000 outpatient patients. The systems we designed were not only able to handle high patient volume efficiently, but also integrate seamlessly to the existing dynamic workflow. It combined the benefits of self-service kiosks, barcode strategy and advanced display hardware to help the hospital get the otherwise tedious queue management task streamlined.
Description
The system includes automated ticketing kiosks, large plasma screens for queue number display and data entry device to process and control serviced patients. It works in conjunction with Hospital Authority's OPAS (Outpatient Appointment System).
