Personal Introduction

I have developed a tremendous interest in computers when I was in high school. Since then, I have designed and built my own computers and maintained a personal website. As my computer knowledge broadened, my attention slowly shifted to networking and network management. I built a network and server for Fore Glory Management Limited and Evergreen Company. This has been a tremendous experience and in doing so, I can appreciate the potential problems of running and maintaining a network on the daily basis.

Many complex and non-stop large systems I have been involved and build up. Especially I pay a lot of effort into the Car Park project. It was built from nothing, and now, it becomes the successful car park system in Hong Kong. My role is more important from the beginning of software developer, and change to development team leader of Cimsoft Corporation Limited. Besides of the Car Park Project, I was prepared an IT solution to the client and develop many systems for large companies.

And now, I'm Senior Analyst Programmer of Bank Consortium Trust Company Limited. In here, I was successfully developing the mission critical finance system to exchange financial information between corporations. It was fully integrated with SWIFT who supplies secure messaging services and interface software to wholesale financial entities. This was a chance for me to learn a mission critical financial system. Due to my well-versed experiences, my manager promotes me to develop a company iPhone App and Sales Pipeline Management System to meet the new business strategy.

Over an 9 years experience in system development, it greatly improves my communication, organization and technical skills. My IT knowledge is not only restricted in system development, but also well-versed in all over the IT related area. I am well versed in the server, networking and programming and also learnt and used other well-known latest hardware and software technology. My wide area of knowledge improve my working on system design, software development, troubleshooting and system support. I hope all this experiences can help in my future work.

IT is a fast growing and continuous changing profession. I realize I must maintain an open mind and keep myself updated of the latest development all the times. On academic area, I graduated from the University of Greenwich with second upper class honors in Computing.
