Marketing

Company

The Black Arts Company will be appointed to undertake promotional planning and event management. The people at Black Arts have a string record of original and effective promotions. For instance, their director, Ian Cassie, originated the concept of the WW2 Lancaster Bomber that flew across London dropping poppies on Remembrance Day.

Sponsors

There is a multitude of businesses that were active in 1939 and that still trade today. We will approach several of these and ask for funding for the film and offer product placement (in a relatively low-key way). For instance the biggest advertisment at Burnden park in 1939 was for OXO!
