Sign in to your U.S. Soccer Learning Center profile.

• Go to the Available Referees Courses List

• Select Recertifying Referees. 

• Select Go To the Course List. 

• Select the West Virginia State Referee Committee under Host.

• Register for the appropriate Recertifying Referees Course.

• Complete all online assignments.

Cost: $45 - if registered before December 31st

$60 - if registering after December 31st

Note: If you are 18+, you will also need to complete the NCSI Background Screening (~$30) every other year.
