Recertify as a Referee in West Virginia
U.S. Soccer Learning Center
Sign in to your U.S. Soccer Learning Center profile.
Select West Virginia State Referee Committee under Host.
Register for the appropriate Recertifying Referees Course.
Complete all online assignments.
Cost: $40
Note: If you are 18+ years old, you will also need to complete the NCSI Background Screening ($30) once every other year.
