Sign in to your U.S. Soccer Learning Center profile.

• Go to the Upcoming Recertifying Referees Courses List 

• Select West Virginia State Referee Committee under Host.

• Register for the appropriate Recertifying Referees Course.

• Complete all online assignments.

Cost:  $50

Note: If you are 18+ years old, you will also need to complete the NCSI Background Screening ($30) once every other year.
