There are times when MoveItSecurely doesn't seem to be working for a given MN State user. The issues might include:
The user is not available in the MoveItSecurely address book
The user does not receive MoveItSecurely emails
The user receives MoveItSecurely emails at her personal email address
...and the cause usually has to do with the way that a user's StarID profile is set up. MoveItSecurely relies on the "Current Notification Email" selected in the user's profile, and if that email address is not the institutional email for that user, then MoveItSecurely might not work the way we expect for that user.
To get to the StarID profile, we visit the StarID Self-Service, here...
