Guidline 1
When designing a site, keep in mind the viewers because if they can not easily and quickly find what it is they want to see they will stop looking at your website. Confusion and difficult designs without great navigation will cause viewers to go elsewhere to find the information they are looking for.
Guideline 3: It is important to gather the information for your reader and doing the research for the website. People should not only utilize the Internet but also the physical books that are within their grasp.
Guideline 4: It is important to realize that there are a variety of sources that you can have access to thanks to the Internet. If people do use a source for example a picture, the person should always give credit when its due because it would be unfair if they didn’t credit the original owner of the source.
Guideline 10:
when you create your website be sure to test it beforehand. A lot of times, the way a website looks on one processing server, or on a internet browser can look severely different (even flawed) on another. For that, testing on all servers and browsers (Mac vs PC, Firefox, Safari, Chrome etc) must be done to ensure all your readers have the same experience in accessing your site. Similarly, testing for screen size, resolution and color should be done as well. That way, once the website is launched, it is accessible to all.
