A LinkedIn group called IatroGenesis (nothing to do with theology) focuses on mental health. It is intended as a place for people to share their stories and experiences about life and the lessons they have learned along the way. Australian Center for Grief and Bereavement has a website which lists various resources. Although their resources mainly focus on "physical death" and not the grief associated with a "psychological death" -- as is the case with adults who survived parents with a mental illness -- their website nevertheless provides useful and thought-provoking information.

The following website belongs to Professor Paul Valent who is a psychiatrist, psychotherapist, traumatologist, and child-Holocaust survivor. On his website you will find his books, articles, chapters, forewords, opinion pieces, talks and stories under the various headings on the Publications, Talks, etc Archive page. Some of his material may be useful for those wanting to understand further their experiences of trauma.
