DNA Results

About the DNA results: If you follow the early human migration routes out of Africa you can see that as the ice from the Ice Age receded and early human began to move out of Africa and into the Levant. However, the Ice Age came back and destroyed populations and isolated some. Eventually the planet warmed up and movement began again. The people of the Levant were Eurasians who were the first to travel the Silk Road as travelers and traders. My ancestors seem to have traveled on the southern inland route and eventually ended up in the Americas. As you can see from the data, none of us are one thing but mixtures of lots of things. I did ask Lucas Martin about my Native American results which shows Creek or Muskogee (not Cherokee), Mayan, Gran Chaco (Bolivia) and Mestizo. I think it is important to point out that these are my results and it's possible that other family members could be the same or they could be different.
