Organizational Coaching

Understanding that an organization is also an organism, organizational coaches work with leaders and/or staff and volunteers to: help them clarify organizational vision and mission; understand (and sometimes change) organizational culture; minimize dysfunction and ineffectiveness; and develop and reach individual and collective goals.

Clergy Coaching

Every man and woman of God experiences what is often termed "prophetic loneliness." We ask, as Moses asked, "Who am I that I should go...?" We are expectated to receive and transmit vision, manage boards and budgets, preach and teach, bury and marry--sometimes all in the same week--and then have enough "left over" to care for self and family. Clergy coaching provides confidential, personalized coaching to assist clergy with identifying and achieving personal and ministry goals, as well as maximizing their effectiveness as leaders.
