My main research interest is in operations management, focusing on improving the operational efficiencies in various areas such as supply chain management and healthcare. Specifically, I am interested in the following areas:
Supply chain management
ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) issues in supply chains
Risk management (e.g., disasters, cyberattacks, espionage)
Healthcare
Healthcare policy design
Payment scheme
Socially responsible operations in various domains (e.g., content platform)
Behavioral operations, behavioral economics
In terms of methodologies, I primarily utilize game theory and optimization to solve complex issues in the areas described above, often incorporating elements of mechanism design. Additionally, I apply behavioral theories such as mental accounting and prospect theory to study human behavioral biases in operational contexts.
