W & M Annual Association Fees/Dues
Article IX Fiscal Year.
The fiscal year of the Assocation shall begin on the first day in March and end on the last day of February of each year, unless changed by the Board of Directors at any regular or special meeting.

*Please indicate on your check which dues you are paying. The water dues are deposited into a separate account from the general association fees/dues.
Annual Homeowner Dues
$1300 yearly. May be paid monthly, quarterly or in full by April 1st.
Annual Water Dues:
$700 yearly.
If paying on installments, dues need to be paid after the annual meeting by the following dates: Quarterly: April 1, July 1, October 1 and then January 1st. Monthly: by the 30th of the month.
