• • The annual board meeting should be attended by all association members. It is important to the vitality of our association that members are present, vote on next year's budget, hear committee reports, and clarify any concerns they may have. It is also a time to meet new association members.

  • Please remember that if you wish to address the board formally during the meeting you need to contact any board member prior to the meeting. Please include your concern/ topic so the board can have the answers/documents ready, and you can be added to the agenda.

In order to keep costs down, the following items will not be distributed at the meeting, but are available here for members to download and bring to the meeting with them.  All items will also be emailed to members.

3) Proxy (fill out if you will be unable to attend meeting and give to an attending member who will cast your vote for you)
