Mission

Our mission is to build a community to address development, recruitment, and retention of women in HPC. Toward this end, we are gathering resources to

1. Help yourself. Fostering your knowledge and expertise is must.
2. Learn the facts. Educate yourself on family friendly work policies and other obstacles for women in HPC. Whatever policies/issues are important to you, there are steps you can take to promote change.
3. Mentor our future leaders. Volunteer opportunities are out there to inspire the next generation. The great thing is that helping out will empower you.
4. Spread the word. Tell your friends about initiative and efforts. Your opinion matters, so don't be shy about voicing your thoughts.
