RURAL RETREAT, Va.

Regina N. Reeves, age 74, passed away on Thursday, May 26, 2022,

at the Wythe County Community Hospital in Wytheville, Va.

Regina was born in North Carolina, to the late Andy Glen Walls and Irene Miller Walls and was preceded in death by her son, Jacob Blevins and her former husband and friend, Fred Reeves. She graduated from Washington-Lee high school in Arlington, Va. in 1966 and worked at Mr. Casuals in Troutdale. She was a loving mother and grandmother.

Survivors include, daughter, Melinda Hutton and husband, Scott; grandchildren, Jacob C. Blevins, Justin Hutton and special friend, Makinsey Armstrong, and Josh Hutton; great great-grandchildren, Charleigh Blevins and Cason Hutton; and several other loving family. The family would like to extend a special thank you to all the staff at Rural Retreat Care Center for all the love and care given over the years.

Funeral services will be held at 12 p.m. Tuesday, May 31, 2022, at Bradley's Funeral Home in Marion, with Pastor Ernie Powers officiating. The family will receive friends on Tuesday from 11 a.m. until 12 p.m. prior to services. Interment will be held at Walls Cemetery.
