Who we are

Our story is that my brother and I always wanted to try raising buffalo. We grew up on a farm and raised cattle, pigs, and crops, but none of that prepared us for this. My wife is a bona fide city girl - drug into the country and now could never go back. The friends we talked into this venture with us - there's no explaining them, but God knows we're thankful for them!

What we do

We raise and sell buffalo and buffalo meat with the intent of making enough money to pay to feed the herd we have for another year. We're not profit driven and we're not pushing feeding programs and feedlots on our animals to get them to slaughter. We just want to give a dignified animal a good home.

What you get

When you buy meat or animals from us you are getting animals that have had extensive interaction with people. They are oogled, ahhed, and handled with respect. The smallest pasture that they are ever put on is about 10 acres. We do this in preparation for sorting the calves to be tagged so that they become more accustomed to us and the working facilities. They spend the spring, summer, and most of the fall on tall grass prairie basking in the sun and chasing wild turkey.

What we want

We want three things in life -

1) Our family and friends to be happy and healthy.

2) Our buffalo to be plump, well cared for, and enjoyed

3) For you to be satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not please contact us, like we said before, we're not trying to turn a quick buck. We're trying to provide an extremely healthy meat to people that want it and in turn provide a great place for our buffalo to live.
