Going to Burning Man 2022 as part of Clevian Camp, Snowflake Village? Here are some spreadsheets to help share information and coordinate things.

Signup list and rides. Okay, let's started. First we need to know the basics: Who is camping with us this year? What vehicles are people riding in? What part(s) of the Camp infrastucture is your vehicle willing to bring?
For reference, here is a partial list of infrastructure items that need to be hauled out to Burning Man this year. Please consider transporting one or more.

If you have an extra ticket (for example, if you suddenly find you can't attend this year) list your name and contact info.
It is up to you to find each other!
Remember: No scalping, period!! Sell it for only what you paid for it, if not less!

Interactivity. This is the most important thing we will ask from you. Our Placement at Burning Man depends on our interactivity. Here is how it works.

  • Teams of two people come up with some cool interactivity idea they can run over a two-hour shift.

  • This is some fun or interesting activity that is open to the public, and several people can join in and participate.

  • You provide all the materials and a sign, we provide a 10' X 20' area with a sound system, lights, and tables and chairs if you need.

  • It has to create NO moop or mess.

  • To be fair, we divide the whole week into timeslots and we draw them from a hat until they are all filled. They could be on any day, at any time of day from morning to midnight. (you can trade timeslots with others though).

  • Figure on three or so timeslots across the week of Burning Man.
