New Ferry Butterfly Park

New Ferry Butterfly Park, an industrial legacy to bee and butterfly haven

Sunday 17 September 2023,   tours at 2.00pm & 2.30pm

Tour takes approximately 1½ hours

Short walk of about 600 metres

Howell Road, New Ferry (approach road to Bebington Station Car Park) – the Park is signed from Bebington Road, and the access is between Aldi (CH62 5BG) and the railway overbridge. The walks will start at the Park’s entrance.

Blue badge parking available inside Park

Come and see our new spectacular entrance gates, an art trail of 16 outdoor pieces, and a new display lectern on the industrial history of this former railway goods yard, and how this has contributed to the wildlife diversity of the park. This site demonstrates the value of brownfield sites.

Refreshments available at the end of the tour
