I am a Postdoctoral researcher at the University of Erlangen-Nürnberg.
I am also a Research affiliate at IZA and CESifo, a Research associate at LASER, and a holder of an Add-On Fellowship by the Joachim Herz Foundation.
My main fields are labor economics and applied microeconomics.
Currently, I am working for example on topics related to the role of non-wage job amenities in the labor market, including questions about the link between amenities and wages, sorting behavior of workers, and consequences for wage inequality. In addition, I am trying to better understand the effects of new technologies and digitization. In general, in my research, I am trying to shed light on the sources behind existing labor market inequalities.
In my research, I apply econometric methods, machine learning, and experimental methods.
You can find my research here.
