I am a Postdoctoral researcher at FAU Erlangen-Nürnberg, a Research affiliate at IZA, CESifo, and LASER, and a holder of an Add-On Fellowship by the Joachim Herz Foundation.
In my research, I am working on policy-relevant topics such as the impact of new technologies and digitization on labor markets, the economics of non-wage amenities and working conditions, the effects of labor market policies, and the determinants of economic inequalities. In my work, I apply econometric methods, experimental methods, and machine learning.
