Winema IHC is always looking for team oriented, motivated, hard working, and physically fit individuals to join the crew. We want individuals that want to learn and push themselves on and off the line. Crew members must be willing to travel and prepared to be on assignment for a minimum of 16 days. We are often away from conventional amenities while on assignment, this means you must be ready to sleep on the ground, eat MRE's, have no cell phone reception, and no access to showers. Being on a Hotshot crew is both physically and mentally demanding, for those that can handle this life style you will make friendships and see parts of this country that few ever will.
