All activities pertaining to the use of the large retention pond are suspended and the pond is closed due to ongoing erosion concerns and potential mitigation.
Please move all trash and recycle containers out of site per HOA CCR's and Brownsburg City Ordinance.
The subdivision has "no soliciting" signs posted, but these do not have the force of law and are meant to discourage door to door sales cold calls. Each home owner may post a "No Peddler or No Solicitor" sign at the front door to the home which does carry the force of law and must be honored by any door to door canvasser. All door to door canvassers must have a Brownsburg Canvassing permit and should be able to produce this document on demand or they must leave the neighborhood.
