12/04/24 - The annual HOA meeting will be held at Brownsburg Public Library on Saturday, January 11th at 10:00am in the Sharpe Room. 

1/15/24   - The annual HOA meeting was held at Brownsburg Public Library. Marcie Andrews (Secretary) and Doug Voyles (VP of Architecture) will return as members of the board for 2024 along with new members: Steve Jeffers (President), Phyllis Caldwell (Vice President) and Natasha Hall (Treasurer) who all accepted the nominations. Kathy Dillon, Brownsburg Water Utilities director and Mary Atkins, VP of Wessler Engineering were guest speakers at the meeting. Financials were reviewed and a proposed budget was presented and discussed for 2024. 

1/10/23 - The annual HOA meeting was held at Brownsburg Public Library. With the exception of Rob Henning, the existing board will return for 2023 and Dan Hoffman accepted a nomination and vote to be on the 2023 HOA board. Financials were reviewed, a proposed budget was presented and discussed.

1/11/22 - The annual HOA meeting was held at Brownsburg Public Library. The existing board will return for 2022, so no vote was required. Financials were reviewed, a proposed budget was presented and approved by vote.
