THE WINCHESTER MAYFEST 2024

The Winchester Mayfest is a great event with lots of Morris dancing and other displays right in the centre of Winchester.

The event is a festival and is called Mayfest simply because it is run in May each year.  The Mayfest has been an event in Winchester for many years, under various guises, and we hope that the Winchester Mayfest will continue for many more years to come.  So come to the Mayfest and see what it is all about!

We have a full programme of Morris and other dance teams signed up to entertain you around the city centre this year, including at the Great Hall and in front of the Cathedral, plus an exciting and varied selection of music and song in St Lawrence Church.   The programme and map are now complete and can be found on the Timings and Map page.
