 🫛 THERE WILL BE PEAS ON FRIDAY! 🫛 

Bob WILL be in Luxemburg at Simonar's Shell station on Friday, July 26th at 11 AM.  He will also be in Luxemburg on Saturday, July 27th from 11 AM to 3 PM. And he will have sweet corn on Saturday. 

We have zucchini and yellow summer squash, Kossak kohlrabi, kohlrabi, broccoli, sweet white onions, slicing cucumbers, green beans and yellow beans available along with the various cuts of Fictum Acres angus beef.  There will be sweet corn at the farm on Friday after 2 PM.

MI BLUEBERRIES - Currently out. More blueberries will arrive by Saturday morning.

Some of you have asked about a cucumber salad recipe we posted last year, so here it is:

3 cups sugar

2 cups vinegar

1/4 cup salt (pickling/canning)

Boil together and cool.  Pour over 4 qts slicing cucumbers and medium onion. 


I have cut it down to use for 5-6 cucumbers and part of a sliced onion. 


3/4 cup sugar

1/2 cup vinegar

1 Tb salt

Fictum Acres also offers 1/4's and 1/2's of beef or a whole animal if you are looking to stock your freezer.  Please call Eileen at 920-645-5331 to get on the schedule for a half or quarter of beef.  All quarters are mixed quarters meaning some from the front and some from the hind.
