City and Village Tax Office- sends and collects the annual assessment bill and printed communication from the Board of Trustees. If you have questions about your HOA fees or need a statement, please contact them at 314-739-4800 or cvto@cityandvillage.com. 9-4800

Deer Removal- The subdivision of Wild Wood Addition has not engaged the services of Bow Hunters Associates, however Wildwood Plats 2-7 has. Bow Hunters has assured us that they track every deer they hunt and retrieve it from the common grounds and homeowner property. if you find a carcass on or near your home, please contact Ballwin Public Works 636-227-9000 for removal.

Street Light Outage- please contact Ameren at 1-800-552-7583 to report the outage.

Fallen Tree- please Click Here to submit a request to the HOA Board if a tree from the common ground has fallen into your yard.
