Purpose: The comprehensive plan that Wild Marsh has adopted is our HOA Reserve Study and our role is to complete periodic updates to this document.

Composition: This committee is comprised of 3-5 homeowners.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Review and understand the Reserve Study which is updated every 2-3 years to stay current and correct; current Reserve Study is dated 9/16/19.

• Review the work of Reserve Advisors who prepares the Reserve Study for correctness and accuracy; verify starting balance; verify contributions from homeowner dues.

• Determine scope of work that needs to be added or eliminated from the Reserve Study.

• Help the Board review repair costs and determine if the costs are maintenance or reserve expenses.

• Evaluate possible property improvements that would add value to our community.
