Purpose: The comprehensive plan that Wild Marsh has adopted is our HOA Reserve Study and our role is to complete periodic updates to this document.
Composition: This committee is comprised of 3-5 homeowners.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Review and understand the Reserve Study which is updated every 2-3 years to stay current and correct; current Reserve Study is dated 9/16/19.
Review the work of Reserve Advisors who prepares the Reserve Study for correctness and accuracy; verify starting balance; verify contributions from homeowner dues.
Determine scope of work that needs to be added or eliminated from the Reserve Study.
Help the Board review repair costs and determine if the costs are maintenance or reserve expenses.
Evaluate possible property improvements that would add value to our community.
