Our Governance & Organisational structure ensures that Wiki In Africa is accountable, transparent and effective in fulfilling its mission.
We are guided by a governance framework that prioritises accountability, ethical practice, and transparency across all areas of our work. Our organisational processes, from financial reporting and risk management to community engagement, are designed to maintain high standards of integrity and trust.
While strategic oversight is provided by the Board of Directors, the day-to-day responsibility for programme delivery, financial management, and operational decisions lies with the executive team. This approach ensures that Wiki In Africa remains community-driven and responsive while uploading clear lines of accountability to its partners, funders and stakeholders.
