Payments and Fees

     The fees collected from each swimmer and family are crucial to the success of our team and to ensure that we can provide a fun and memorable experience for all of our swimmers. These fees are used to cover a variety of expenses, including pool rental fees, equipment, fun activities, awards, and other necessary costs. By paying these fees, and volunteering your time, you are directly contributing to the growth and development of our team, and helping to create a positive and supportive environment for our swimmers. We believe that the benefits of participating in our swim team extend far beyond just learning how to swim. It's an opportunity for kids to build confidence, make friends, and learn important life skills such as teamwork and sportsmanship. With the help of parent/guardian volunteers, we are able to keep costs down and provide even more opportunities for our swimmers. *** 2026 Fees: ***

There is a process fee of 2.9% + $.30 per payment

To join the team, each swimmer must pay a registration fee of $65. Additional swimmers from the same family can register for $50 each.

In addition, each swimmer must have a valid, paid membership to the Heritage Hill Pool, which costs $35 per swimmer.

Each family is also required to pay a $100 volunteer fee. This fee will be refunded at the end of the season if the family fulfills their volunteer time requirements.

Please note that all registration and volunteer fees must be paid in full before June 12th,2026.

​Swim Team Membership Rules

White Oak Fighting Turtles Swim Team

In accordance with ESA requirements, the following outlines the eligibility criteria for participation on the White Oak Fighting Turtles Swim Team:

To be eligible for the swim team roster, an individual must meet the following requirements​ by the specified date given by the parent board at the beginning of the season:

1. Club Membership
   The swimmer must hold a valid and active membership with the White Oak Swim Club for the current swim season. Membership must be paid in full and maintained in good standing according to club policies.

2. Swim Team Registration
   The swimmer must be a registered member of the White Oak Fighting Turtles Swim Team. All applicable swim team fees must be paid in full by the established team deadline.

3. Volunteer Requirement
   Each swimmer’s family is required to submit a volunteer fee at the start of the season. This fee will be refunded upon fulfillment of all required volunteer duties and/or hours by a parent or guardian, as defined by the team.

4. Compliance with ESA Eligibility Rules
   All swimmers must meet eligibility requirements as established by ESA, including age and participation guidelines.
