Every year, Wheeling Lodge #9 and Wheeling Encampment #1 join forces to help Camp Kno-Koma, Diabetes Camp of West Virginia by sponsoring the stuffed pork chop dinner, held at the Wheeling Odd Fellows Hall. This year's dinner was another great success, raising over one thousand dollars for the camp. This year, we had the Grand Patriarch of the Grand Encampment of West Virginia, David Schoolcraft selling raffle tickets for a customized IOOF Henry 30-30 rifle. The Lodge thanks everyone that attended, and hope they will return again next year when we do it all again for the kids.
Special Thanks to Unified Bank of Martins Ferry, OH for purchasing tickets to the dinner for their employees to come enjoy a nice dinner and to learn more about Camp Kno-Koma.
Camp Kno-Koma is a summer camping experience for children with diabetes in and around the state of West Virginia.
