The WFRA takes privacy and data protection very seriously so you can be assured that we will never pass on your contact details to third parties. Only a limited number of the Committee have access to the database and only for the purposes of the Residents’ Association.
We only hold the personal details you have given us – we do not collect data from other sources – including the following:
Full name, email address, house number and street address, postcode. In addition, some members provide a mobile phone number.
If you have signed up to an event eg a restaurant meal or the Houses of Parliament trip, we will have noted this on the database.
We use Mailchimp to send out news and information because it is more efficient and everyone’s personal details are more secure. Please note that you can unsubscribe from this list at any time by clicking the link at the bottom of each Mailchimp email. And, of course, you can request that all your details and history be deleted at any time.
