Role of the ACC - The primary activity of the ACC is to implement the provisions of the Declaration of Covenants and Restrictions for Westleaf Manor Subdivision.  These activities include overseeing and approving improvements to residences within the neighborhood for the purpose of assuring commonality and aesthetics in order to preserve property values to their fullest potential.  In addition, the ACC will provide oversight to the potential violations of other articles of the provision and report to the board accordingly for further action needed, also outlined in the Declaration of Covenants.
