Did you know that the Golf Course maintenance is paid by Golf Memberships and outside

play? That due to how our Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions are written, the HOA is

not permitted to redirect any HOA fund to the maintenance of the golf courses? Even

though the golf courses add a great deal to our property values.
