You’re not allowed to copy or modify the App, any part of the app. You are not allowed to extract the source code of the App

We reserve the right to make modifications to the App or to charge for additional features in the future.

We reserve the right to update our Terms and Conditions. We will notify you via the App if there is a new version of the Terms and conditions available.

Your Health

Use of the App and all related services is at your own risk. You agree that Five3One App is not providing any Medical Aid or Advice.

Before using the App, if you have knowledge of any pre-existing medical conditions, please seek medical advice from a doctor.

You expressly agree that any exercise activity performed or tracked using the App carries inherent risks of injury or death and you assume all known and unknown risks associated with any exercise activity even if caused in whole or part by the action, inaction, or negligence of the App. We shall not be held liable for any damages, indirect or direct, related to or resulting from any use of the services, including injury or death.

We do not warrant that the App will function uninterrupted, secure, or available at any particular time or location.
