Wee, Inc. (Women Encouraging Education) is a philanthropic club. Funds raised will be used to provide financial support to rising and current college students.

Current Members
Doris Drayton is a retired supply chain executive, mother of two and grandmother of one. She is known to her friends as someone who loves to travel, plan fun activities and read. Doris has served on the board of her community YMCA and has volunteered with organizations that support, women, children and the elderly. Doris’ desire to motivate young people while enjoying the camaraderie of inspiring women led her to become a founding member of WEE.
Carla Morelon is a lifelong college/university administrator with an unquenchable desire to help students realize their personal, professional, and educational goals. She has worked in higher education for more than 30 years and enjoys using her assessment, strategic planning, and research skills to help institutions improve the ways that students learn. She is a mama bear of two and loves to garden, travel, and cook for family and friends. Her motto in life is, "If I can help somebody as I travel along, then my living has not been in vain."
Ernestine Nesby is a retired supply chain analyst, mother of two, grandmother of four and great grandmother of one. She loves spending time with family and friends. Her hobbies include gardening, reading, designing jewelry and traveling. Ernestine can be found volunteering on various community projects (i.e. organizations that support women, children and the elderly, as well as civic organizations). She is currently the President of her Homeowners Association. She is a member of the Communion Ministry and Discipleship Small Group Ministry at Word of Faith Family Worship Cathedral. Her passion is to inspire the youth to pursue a higher education which in turn makes a better community.
Ann Harper-Smith has a background in Computer Information Systems, Business Administration and Customer Service with expertise in information services management, technology implementation and customer service management. She has a passion for efficiently streamlining business processes that in turn increase productivity. She loves music, reading, traveling and enjoys arts and crafts projects, such as latch-hooking and making jewelry. She partners with her mother in a custom pet clothing business. Her favorite quote is “The only limits are those of vision”.

Gloria J Ray (aka Jeannie) is married, a mother and a grandmother of one. She loves to bike ride, read, watch movies, enjoys traveling and spending time with family and friends. She has a passion for supporting organizations that serve women and children. She is a Senior Customer Service Representative Professional serving customer's needs, supporting an outside sales team and coaches new team members. As a part time photographer she takes pictures of homes and also does virtual tours for real estate agents. She brings her full range of problem solving capabilities, service oriented skills and entrepreneurial spirit as a founding member to WEE.
Rhonda Lewis discovered her desire to help young people pursue a college education early in her career, when she served as director of the educational talent search program. Rhonda later became a sales & marketing executive, who loves to sing in her church choir, entertain her friends with her own brand of humor, and volunteer with agencies that support the elderly. Now, recently retired, Rhonda is leveraging her educational management and business expertise as a founding member of wee.
Dollye Faye Eakins is the mother of four and grandmother of three boys. She has an extensive background in human resources and currently works with one of the top health care providers in the country. In addition to her professional endeavors, Dollye is gifted with interior decorating, jewelry making, and loves landscaping her yard in the summer which yields beautiful flowers. She also enjoys working with groups that meet the needs of others that may be challenged in some way. Her interest in helping youth access educational opportunities is why she joined WEE.
Lillie Clausell recently retired from an expansive career in education and leadership. She is married, a mother and grandmother of one. She loves to read, entertain friends, donate her time to various organizations, and travel. She has volunteered with organizations that support family, the elderly, women and children. Lillie brings her leadership capabilities and service skills as a founding member of WEE.
