Registration Fees
Player Registration Fee: $100 – Checks payable to "Rustin Rugby" due December 19th
If you participate in the Fall Camp, then your $30 camp fee with be applied to your player registration fee and you will owe $60.
If you do not participate in the Fall Camp, then you are required to pay the full $90 player registration fee.
If you decide NOT to participate AFTER PAYING the registration, then registration fees are refundable based on the following scale:
Before 1/9 - $60 refund
1/10 to 1/16 - $50 refund
1/17 to 1/23 - $40 refund
1/24 to 1/30 - $30 refund
After 1/30 - NO refunds
***NOTE: Because Rustin Rugby does not receive any monetary support from the WCASD, students are not responsible for paying the district activity fee to play rugby.
Required Forms & Paperwork
(1) RRFC ONLINE Membership Application and Codes of Conduct and Consent Forms Packet
All players MUST complete and turn in the following forms to the HEAD COACH prior to participating in any WC Rustin Rugby camp, practices, or matches.

(2) WCASD Comprehensive Physical Forms
All players MUST also submit the completed WCASD PIAA Physical forms to the HEAD COACH prior to the start of the spring season. Any player without these forms will not be allowed to participate in practices and matches until they are turned in.

NOTE: ALL physical forms may not be dated earlier than June 1st and shall be effective, regardless of when performed during a school year, until May 31st. All multisport athletes MUST obtain a copy of "SECTIONS 1 through 4" from the Athletic Trainer’s Office and complete "SECTIONS 5 and 6" of the WCASD Comprehensive Physical (CIPPE) forms.
(3) IMPACT TEST Consent Form and PRINTED Confirmation of Test Completion
Per the WCASD, all players are required to take the IMPACT concussion test prior to participating in contact situations. This is a baseline test in the event that a player gets a concussion. In the event of a concussion, the player retakes the test and their baseline results are compared to the post-concussion results. These results are also used by local physicians and the athletic trainer to determine patient care, etc. following a concussion. Parents need to read and sign the consent form below. Players will then need to coordinate a time to take the IMPACT test with their school's athletic director.
