Resistor Land, 145 Value, 1/4watt, 1% Metal Resistor Box Kit

Nothing frustrates me more that starting to build a project and only then discovering that I'm missing an essential part.  Normally I purchase the parts I need in advance from vendors such as Mouser and DigiKey but, on occasion, I set out to tinker a circuit together using whatever parts I have on hand, or try out a circuit I've found online, or in a magazine.  Recently I was trying to build a noise source using transistor avalanche breakdown and found I needed several resistor values I did not have around.  Several years ago I'd purchased a small assortment of 1/4 watt resistors but the kit came with only three of each value and, over time, many of the values had become depleted.  So, I decided it was time to find a decent replacement.  I found several options, but one in particular caught my eye.  It was a 1450 resistor assortment of 145 values (10 of each) offered on eBay by a seller called "Resistor Land."  Here's a photo:

The kit comes in a sturdy cardboard box with a pull out draw with all the values neatly organized and packed into individually-labelled poly bags.  In addition, each strip of 10 resistors is also labelled with the resistance value, which makes it each to get each value back into its appropriate poly bag:

I paid $18.99 of the set (shipping was free), which works out to about 1.3 cents a resistor which, in my opinion, is a very good value.
