Any home owner interested can be a board member and a max of 5 will be voted in.
Committees will be developed after the elections to assist the board and those volunteers will be organized after elections.
As a reminder, the intent for the initial 5 mbr board is to be the "interim" board with the tasks of transition and accountability of the HOA; i.e. HOA finances, HOA property/maintenance, and review/development of the HOA bylaws in the first 6-12 months. After its' done, another election would be held for a board to hold their positions for 5 years, per current HOA bylaws.
If you know of a HOA member who's NOT on the FB group (for any reason), please inform them this and more info will be posted on both the HOA Google site and FB HOA Member Only Group page.
