First, thank you to everyone who participate. I was very happy to see the interest by everyone and that concerns were openly discussed.
As discussed, the way forward timeline is provided...
Week 1 & 2... Have open and frank discussions among the "Class A" members (both renters and owners) on what we like and dislike about our community. For the next two weeks, use the discussion site listed below to review others comments and . It's open to only those who have that address (select the hyperlink).

NOTE...you'll need to create an account or log-in using any one of the common social media sites like Facebook, linked in, etc. By doing so, your email will be used for future HOA meeting notifications, updates, as well as an initial list to ID who will need an opportunity to vote on any upcoming issues as part of the HOA membership.
Week 3... After discussion amongst the community members, the recommendations will be organized and sent back to everyone to individually rank order then return. They be sorted and sent to all. Ties will be left as ties. These will be the talking points for week 4 conversation with Mr. Gross and the partners.
Just like the lottery...you must be in it to win it. I think we've re-started a great thing that will be respectfully appreciated.
