Membership Renewal & Application

If you are not currently a member, either new to the club or returning, you will need to fill out both the application / waiver form along with making payment prior to your membership being active.

We have club paddles most weeks from July to early September.

Our membership year and fee structure.

A change in the Membership fee of the Waterloo Wellington Canoe and Kayak Club becomes effective August 28, 2023.

Our Membership year goes from October 1 to September 30.  Current membership year ends September 30, 2023.

Our new membership year starts October 1, 2023 and goes until September 30, 2024.  Persons joining the club on August 28, 2023 to September 30, 2023 will have their membership go from the date they join until September 30, 2024.

All members 18 or older upon joining the Club, will have an individual membership at a cost of $35.00. 

For dependents 17 and under, the cost will be $10.00, with no voting rights.  Additionally applicants 17 and under must have an adult parent or guardian to become part of the club.

Individual membership is to fully comply with the intention of our Insurance provider and to ensure that there is coverage for all members for all activities.

Note you must have completed "application & waiver"  form along with payment prior to membership becoming official.

1. Download a membership form and print it.  DOWNLOAD

2. Complete the information.

3. Attach a cheque made out to 'Waterloo Wellington Canoe & Kayak Club'.

4. Mail them to 50 Weber Street North, P.O. Box 38003, Waterloo, Ontario N2J 3G7, or take it to a club activity or meeting.
