A Membership Application & Waiver (Step 1) must be completed each year for insurance purposes. Payment (Step2) can be made either via eTransfer, Cheque or Cash.
The preferred method is eTransfer.

Our membership year and fee structure.
Our Membership year goes from October 1 to September 30.
Our current membership year started October 1, 2025 and goes until September 30, 2026. Persons joining the club on August 28, 2025 to September 30, 2025 will have their membership go from the date they joined until September 30, 2026.
All members 18 or older upon joining the Club, will have an individual membership at a cost of $35.00.
For dependents 17 and under, the cost will be $10.00, with no voting rights. Additionally applicants 17 and under must have an adult parent or guardian to become part of the club.
Individual membership is to fully comply with the intention of our Insurance provider and to ensure that there is coverage for all members for all activities.

2. Complete the information.
3. Process an e-Transfer in the amount of $35.00 to email: wwccactivities@gmail.com. Or you can attach a cheque made out to 'Waterloo Wellington Canoe & Kayak Club'.
4. Mail t he completed application and cheque (if applicable) to 50 Weber Street North, P.O. Box 38003, Waterloo, Ontario N2J 3G7, or take it to a club activity or meeting.
