Auni Goughnour

Auni is an incredible paraeducator who truly goes above and beyond every single day. She cares so deeply for her students, and they absolutely feel it. My 5th graders light up when they see her and feel so comfortable taking educational risks, which leads to meaningful growth in their learning. Auni supports not only students but staff as well, always stepping in wherever she’s needed with positivity and kindness. The kids and I love Auni so much—we are so lucky to have her!

Emma joined the Gause team this year and has thrived in her position. The teachers she supports love and appreciate that she is willing to jump in anywhere. Kelly came to Gause first as a mom, then a sub, and now as a staff member. She was given a pretty tough assignment and due to circumstances, had to learn as she went. She has done an amazing job in the role. She is coachable and patient, two skills that are critical for an excellent para. We are lucky to have her on our team. Thank you Kelly!
