Monday10/5: Practice @ Mint Springs Farm. Same driving plan as last time. Change fast and be ready to roll. 8th graders meet Coach Margaret in WAHS upper lot. Families: please pick up at the Farm at 6pm as usual. Speed / Hill Combo

Tuesday 10/6: Practice @ WAHS 4-6:15pm SCAVENGER HUNT + Tuesday Treat Day! (+ abbreviated weight room)

Wednesday 10/7: Practice @ WAHS 4-6pm. Speed Downward Ladder

Thursday 10/8: Practice @ WAHS 4-6pm (Recovery Run + weight room). Speed Downward Ladder

Friday 10/9: Practice @ WAHS 7:25am. Be ready to run right at 7:30. Pre-race

Saturday 10/10: Albemarle Invitational @ Panorama Farms

9:30am: Freshman Girls 5k (please arrive at 8:20am): Tanisha, Addie, Leah, Avni, Bowmanette, Paige Lester

10:45am: Girls Varsity (please arrive at 9:20: Zoey, Cole, Maddie, EK, Daisy, Olivia, SJ, Lily 

12:00pm: Girls Open Race (please arrive at 10:30): Lauren, Paige Lane, Izzie, Sophia, Hadley, Grace, Cam, Hazel, Sarah, Hannah, Gianna, Lucie, Chelsea, Ruby, Alex, Eva, Della, Kennedy
