Friday, May 8: JJ Updike Meet @ Harrisonburg High School: 3 entries (but 6 in the 400 and 1600). 

If you are riding the bus, get out of class at 2:30, bus leaves at 2:45

Saturday, May 9: Practice at 7am @ Mint Spring's Farm (where we always met to do grass intervals during XC).  Park in the back as usual, or get dropped off. You will do a medium distance run (5-6 miles), and stop by Mint Springs Park to cheer on Zoey's grandfather (aka "Track Dad"). Gene comes to almost all of our meets and cheers you on! This will not be a hard run, just shake-out miles. You should be done by 8:30.
