2025 Cross Country Banquet Video
It was wonderful to celebrate our XC Season with you and your families on Thursday. THANK YOU for the incredibly generous gift! If you couldn't come, there is a link above to the video we watched that recaps the season. It is also linked in the Photo Album page (which I am still updating). Thanks for a great season!
Monday, November 24: Mid / Long Distance Girls: Meet in the cafeteria with a wrapped gift NO MORE THAN 20$ to celebrate FRIENDSGIVING together. Wear tacky Turkey / Thanksgiving / Fall gear if you have it. The gift exchange will take about 30 minutes total.
Monday November 24: Sprinters: 4:05-6pm at the track. Impact Testing Day 1 for Sprinters / Jumpers.
Mid-Distance / Distance: See above. Meet in cafeteria right after school for Friendsgiving Celebration. NXR girls: come celebrate with us and then head home: you are on a much-needed break. Read below for further instructions. All other mid/long distance girls have a workout. Pick up time 6:15 pm.
NXR Girls: OFF
Tuesday November 25: Practice 4:05-6pm. Everyone meet at the track. Mid/ Distance girls: you will do THREE laps on the track and then drills with the sprinters until 4:40. Your run will be shorter on these days due to longer warm-up. We will do weight room + abs as usual. Impact Testing Day 2 for Sprinters / Jumpers.
NXR Girls: OFF
Wednesday November 26: Mid / Distance girls: Practice 8am at Ridge Road. 8-9:30.
Out of town?: Do a long run (match your longest distance). Please get this in.
NXR Girls: Cross Train (Bike, Swim, Elliptical): 60 minutes

Thursday November 27: HAPPY THANKSGIVING! Eat a lot, laugh a lot, spend time with your family and friends. I hope it is a fantastic day for everyone!
Friday November 28: Mid/ Long Distance: 3-5 miles on your own.
NXR Girls: Cross Train (Bike / Swim / Elliptical): 45 minutes
Saturday November 29: Mid / Long Distance: Practice 8-9:30 @ WAHS
Out of town: warm-up 15 min, 5 x 2 minutes hard with 2 minute jog break in between, cool down 10 minutes.
