Wednesday, October 22: Jefferson District Meet @ Panorama.

SECRET BUDDY REVEAL DAY! For the majority of the team, this is your last meet, so we will be revealing Secret Buddies! Make sure you make an extra-special buddy bag and write an incredible note and SIGN YOUR NAME!

There is a bus going to and from this meet. Bus leaves at 1:15 (right after lunch)

Admission: $8.00 per spectator (Sold on Go fan)

1:30 Course opens

2:00 Coaches meeting at the Start Line

3:00 Girls Championship Race (7 Runners): Emerson, Zoey, Maddie, Elea Kate, Daisy, Lily, Anja

3:45 Boys Championship Race

4:15 Girls Open Race (All other runners)

5:00 Boys Open Race

5:45 Awards (At the Award Stand near the finish area)

Thursday, October 23: Practice @ WAHS. Recovery run, abs, body-weight exercises, bands, stretching. Pick up 5:45.

Friday, October 24: 7am practice @ WAHS.

Saturday, October 25: Halloween Costume Relays @ Mint Springs Farm This is an important speed / interval workout, so please do everything you can to be there!

Please arrive promptly at 8am. You can park in the back of the house as usual. If the weather is not good, we will use the Party Barn as our headquarters. Otherwise, we will use the field at the front of the house.

We will get started at 8:05am with pictures in costume with your team! Come ready to WOW US with your creativity!

After the photo session, you will warm up 12 minutes, meet at the normal spot by the gate at the other side of the road, and do drills and strides. You don't need spikes for this workout.

The relays will start promptly at 8:45! I will need parent volunteers to help time (I'd like 1 for each team, if possible). I'd also love it if a (different) parent would be willing to take photos / videos during the relays. Let me know if you are willing to do either, please.

The relays should be over around 9:30-9:45, and then we will have a quick "awards ceremony" back at the field or Party Barn. Prizes for best costumes and the winning relay team!

The whole event should be over by 10:15-:10:30.
