My dear Team:

My dear Team:

It is indeed a matter of great honor for me to join PVTC as your new Chairman. This honor comes with an equally challenging task of making PVTC a truly World Class Organization.

Another budget year has passed by and another budget year with loads of opportunities is starting next week. If we need to succeed we need to bring discipline in our lives. By discipline, I mean the way we manage our lives and business. We have to turn the adversity into opportunity, the power is in you, we have to manage change and overcome adversity. I have seen the face of dismal failure and seen the faces of great success. How to overcome failure and achieve wild success in any endeavor in your life is just by bringing a paradigm-shifting in our lives, the way we do our business and trusting people. Trust is not merely a soft, social virtue but instead demonstrates that trust is a hard-edged, economic driver—a learnable and measurable skill that makes organizations more profitable, people more promotable, and relationships more energizing. Nothing is as fast as the speed of trust and that the ability to establish, grow, extend, and restore trust with all stakeholders is the critical leadership competency of the new global economy. We have to think systematically, creating a vision, building a winning team, defining new goals, and designing successful strategies for managing crises and turning this organization around.

We live in a world where there is a fine line between happiness and misery – a world that is populated yet we can still feel so alone and have nobody to talk to. We try to find quick fix and ways to hide our sadness. Where people do the same things every day to get the same unrewarding results each time. A world where people live way underneath their potential because they fear failure and fear of being judged by others. But this way of working is not reality. So take this time to see what’s really on offer, to realize that you are the one that creates reality and to experience what you feel when successful.

During childhood, you inherit beliefs from people around you. Their rules and limitations became your scripts. Are these people living the life you dream of? If not then it is time to make your own script. You are put on this earth with one chance with no rules for what you can achieve – no limit to how far you can go. Every day is a unique chance to amend any mistakes. To get your dream life you must know what you want – then take persistent actions towards it. If you don’t know where you are going then how can you expect to get there? Improve your life and get close to your dream and targets by just 1% per day and imagine your life in a year’s time. If you live by the 1% rule, it is better to take small steps forward than to make a great leap only to stumble backwards. See failure in the new light and learn all you can from them. Failure is simply telling you to change your plan and try again as you know failure are finger posts on the road to achievement.

Don’t let any day go by without being thankful for absolutely everything you have and for all the people in your life. A grateful person will always be truly rich. Always contribute to others and your happiness will reach new heights and you will experience real love and have more purpose. We make a living by what we get but we make a life by what we give. Constantly improve your mind and body and you will have enough power to get anything you want. Health and intellect are the two blessings of life. Be the director of your life otherwise it will be directed for you. Learn how to master your emotions, so the things that you cannot control no longer control the way you feel! The world is one big playground for you and it is playtime.

A real decision is measured by the fact that you have taken a new action. If there is no action, you haven’t truly decided. I challenge you to make your life a masterpiece. I challenge you to join the ranks of those people, who live what they teach, who walk their talk. It is not what we get but who we become, what we contribute… that gives meaning to our lives. We have to bring discipline in our lives. We have to master time. Once we do this only then we can realize what it can bring into our lives. People are not lazy they just don’t have any goals in life. One reason so few of us achieve what we truly want is that we never direct our focus, we never concentrate our power. Most people dabble their way through life, never deciding to master anything in particular. The higher your energy level, the more efficient is your body. The more efficient is your body, the better your feel and more the more you will use your talent to produce outstanding results.

The path to success is to make massive, determined action. We must believe in taking quick actions. Work with passion.

I do hope we all can make PVTC a World Class Organization.

Best of Luck!
