i) Sign in to your account. Contact Alison Rust if you do not have an account.
ii) Click on icon that looks like a sheet of paper with "+" on it (second icon from left at top of page).
iii) Type in the title of your technique.
iv) Under "Select a location" click on "Choose a different location"; scroll down and click on "Techniques"
v) Press the "Create" button at top of page.
vi) Click on the large box under your new title and enter your text. Press "Save".
vii) If you wish to add any files, then click on the icon at the bottom of the page.
viii) If you wish to add a picture, then click on the relevant location on the page, then press "Insert" at the top of the page, then on "Image" in the pop-up menu. Upload the image, and press "OK".
ix) When you have finished, make sure that you click the "Save" button at the top of the page.
x) To edit a page, navigate to it and then click the button with a pencil on it at the top of the page (the left-hand button). Edit as described above, and then remember to click the "Save" button at the top when you have finished.
Finally, add your name to the List of contributors if you have not done so before.
